Soyeon In

IBLA FOUNDATION WINNER, pianist

Soyeon In, a native of Daegu, Korea, began her piano studies at the age of five.

She studied with the renowned professor Soo-Jung Shin in Seoul and continued with Ms. Shin at the Seoul Arts High School, where she met professor Young-Ho Kim.

She continued her studies with Mr. Kim at Yonsei University, where she received her Bachelor of Music degree.

Recipient of several scholarships, Soyeon In has participated in master classes conducted by Johannes Rolloff, Marc Duran, and M.Voskresenski. She’s currently studying with professor Sorin Enachescu at the Berlin University of Art in Germany.

Ms. In has performed many recitals in her native city of Daegu and Seoul. Additionally, she has appeared in such venues as the Seoul Arts Center, the KBS Hall, the Sejong Culture Center, and the Kumho Art Hal. Soyeon In made her orchestral debut with the Yonsei Philharmonic Orchestra.
